Mission

Our mission is to create a welcoming environment for every woman to become who God has called her to be.

Our goal is to serve and resource every woman’s ministry team, ministry spouse and every credentialed woman in our network: building community by connecting all women in the Wisconsin Northern Michigan Network to pursue God and unleash the lifesaving power of Jesus in our communities.

Aimee Tippen

Network Women Director

Aimee is a coffee and thrift shop loving pastor of central Wisconsin. She is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can step into the fullness of life that God has designed for them. Aimee has served as Pastor of Spiritual Formation in Marshfield, WI and is currently stepping forward as Co-Lead Pastor alongside her husband, Preston. They have two children, Paxton and Emi who keep them humble and laughing. She loves to dream about the future, brainstorm innovative solutions, and champion others towards their full potential.

Staci Hulbert

Network Women Minister Director

Staci has served in ministry for over thirty years and now joyfully walks fully in her calling as a pastor alongside her husband, Kent. Together, they lead Calvary Church in picturesque northeast Wisconsin. With a heart for mentoring and coaching, Staci is passionate about helping people discover all that God has for them and step confidently into their God-given purpose. Her teaching is marked by authenticity, encouragement, and practical wisdom shaped by decades of ministry and real-life experience. Staci and Kent have raised two remarkable sons, cherish their daughter-in-love, are eagerly anticipating their first granddaughter in June 2026, and adore their spoiled pup-Oliver.
